Christmas Treats For Family Works 'Christmas Angels' Hamper.
Members are asked to bring a couple of Christmas treats for the 'Christmas Angels' hampers to our Rotary tea meeting this week and give them to Julie Dockrill.

Partners Night - mark the date (Tuesday 14th December) in your calendar NOW.
It will be at the Shearers Quarters, Seadown.
The cost is $45.00 per person - a 2-course meal (Main & Dessert).
We will gather from 6 pm for drinks and social time, with an official start time of 6.45 pm, mains served at 7 pm (approx. meal time).

TTCC Mandatory Vaccinations As At Friday 3rd December.
We have received a letter from the 'Timaru Town & Country Club' outlining the requirements of entry to their buildings (i.e. all need to be fully vaccinated) as of Friday 3rd December under the 'Traffic Light System'.
Timaru Club No 3 In District 9980 For Rotary Foundation Donations 2020-2021
Our club was third in District 9980 for their contribution to Rotary Foundation in 2020-21 & we have received a banner & letter of appreciation from them.
Don't forget to bring a non-perishable item along this week (as it is our last week) for donating to 'Family Work' Food Bank to go in the 'Christmas Food Parcels' they will be giving out.
