It’s November already! less than 50 days to go until Christmas!!!
Special General Meeting and Constitution: CONGRATULATIONS EVERYONE
We have achieved a major milestone for this Rotary year.
The New Zealand Companies Office have given re-registration to our club and accepted our new Constitution.
The club will start work on our By-Laws in the new Year!!
Thanks to all who were involved, special thanks to club Secretary Lynette Wilson for having to jump through the hoops with both the Companies Office and “Real Me” too!

This is a “FORMAL NOTICE” of our 1st Part of our Annual General Meeting (AGM),
Set down for Tuesday 25th November
Venue- the Timaru Town and Country Club
Commencing just after 6.30pm.
The 1st part of our AGM is to confirm our club officers for the 2026/2027 Rotary year.
The officers include Club President 2026/27
Hopefully President Elect and Directors as well for the 2026/2027 year.
Nepal Toilet Project: We are now waiting for notice from Raj that the 3 Toilet Project is complete.
Tony Henderson and Jim Garden have recently completed some clean-up and painting of the shelter roofs at the Park Centre, which we didn’t get to earlier this year.
Hot Dog Caravan events: we still have some roster gaps!!
Projects – Updates
Two seaside seats: John Rushton and Allen Forrester are exploring options and suppliers at present regarding these seats.

Membership: we have received an application for membership; this will be worked on by the Membership committee.
Club Forum: Thanks for members participating in our Action plan review at out last meeting.
Health & Well-being: I have no more updates on any of the matters from my last “Blurb”.
