President Andrea's Message .
When I left the meeting on Tuesday night. I was impressed with how much we all are thinking the same. Our club is in a really good space ready to launch some great projects and develop 'The Centennial Projects'.
On Thursday night I had the privilege to attend Timaru North's meeting. It's always interesting to see how other clubs operate.
This was followed by a Presidents meeting with Innes, Harley, Kelsie and Bev with Lynette leading us.
The three clubs are all very active with lots happening.
One of the good thing about being president is getting to know more Rotarians.
Please remember to go onto the hotdog roster sheet and book in for the March April events. These are big events and are always fun to be at.
Have a fun weekend.

School Dictionary Storage.
We are looking for a watertight storage for the schools dictionaries.
It's about 1 pallet holding 30 boxes.
Can anyone help please. If so can you contact Lionel.
Duty Roster Attendance.
It is important (as noted under the "Duty Roster" on the left) that if your name is listed that you organise for someone to do your duty on the night (if you are not attending on the night or you are to be late) as often it is falling to members who are there early in the evening to do the duties (otherwise they are being done later on before the meeting - when those on duty have not appeared). By clicking on the link (under 'Duties Roster") it is possible to see the "full" list showing when you are due to be on well in advance to give you plenty of time to organise (swap) with someone.
Host Duties.
When doing Host Duties (i.e. Duty Roster), please remember that you set tables, raffles etc up for the night.
Then at end of meeting you need to pack up again and return table numbers etc. into box and put away.
The large sign outside door must also be packed away (this part isn't always been done).
It then falls to those leaving last.
Remember any jokes send to sergeant.
Thanks
Anne
