President Cheryl's Message

Hi everyone

What an amazing service the Life Education Trust offers to our school kids.  I love the Giraffe!  Thank you Clare for updating us on the wonderful work you and the team do and the innovations introduced to make it accessible for all. Next week it’s our Cheryl Price with her member talk.  Looking forward to that, especially about her latest adventure - running the New York marathon.  I’d rather have been hanging out in a New York Jazz Club but each to their own. Reminder - don’t forget to organise a cover if you can’t make a meeting when you are on duty.  It’s always a challenge for those attending to have to fill a role without notice suddenly. Yours aye Cheryl

Next Four Months

Hi everyone As mentioned in a previous newsletter we had a really great club meeting night the other week with lots of ideas.  My focus for the next four months is a membership drive, social events and great speakers.  There were lots of other things discussed which I am sure Lynette will pick up on after she’s determined her goals and achievements for her year.  I’m sure she will invite discussion in that regard at a club night in the not too distant future. Click here... to check out what the other committees discussed.  Feedback welcome. Regards Cheryl

Anzac Day Tuesday 25th April

Just in case you wish to plan ahead.  ANZAC day this year is on 25th April (one of our Tuesdays).  So you can take an extra long weekend and not worry about Rotary - we won’t meet that Tuesday. We will remind you closer to the time. Regards Cheryl

Information Required

Remember this is "your" bulletin and so please email information to me on what your committee is doing (or planning) so everyone can be aware of it.
Lack of the above will mean the bulletin is not advising the members of what is happening in the club & particapation will be down.
Stephen
