THANK YOU KING STREET MOTORS
Thanks to King Street Motors for carrying out a Warrant of Fitness inspection of the Hot Dog Caravan at no cost to the Club, and then carrying out some maintenance work, again at no cost to the Club. What great support of our efforts for the community.

Tena Koe! (Hello again!)
Filling in for President Hugh this week, I was able to show our club members the lovely pile of presents we gathered for our two families who are part of the 'Family Works Christmas Angels' project. Thank you so much to all the members and honorary members who donated gifts, cash and vouchers for these families. I know they will be truly happy to receive all the gifts we have given them (I know I would be anyway!). As you will see in the photo (click here to view) there was a mixture of food items, gift cards for particular shops they requested, petrol vouchers, movie passes, gifts such as a scooter for the 5-year-old, drawing set for the 10-year-old girl who likes crafts etc. Thanks to Julie and Tash for the help to sort, shop and wrap the gifts. I will deliver them at the end of the week to Family Works on the clubs’ behalf.
The cost is $45.00 per person - a 2-course meal (Main & Dessert).
We will gather from 6 pm for drinks and social time, with an official start time of 6.45 pm, mains served at 7 pm (approx. meal time).
Anyone who doesn't wish to drive on the night should contact Cheryl on (0275) 403 141 or click here to email (and she will coordinate carpooling).
Christmas Party attendance had to be in by last Friday (3rd December)
