Imagine reducing a country's infant mortality rate from 56 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2002 to 16 deaths per 1,000 live births in 2019.
 
That's what club member Julie Dockrill and her team achieved in Mongolia and earned her Rotary International's prestigious  "People of Action: Champions of Health" award - one of only 6 awarded world wide.
